Meet Information for the Aspen Swim Club Home Page

This page provides information specific to the meets that the Aspen Swim Club will attend. Information on other meets may found on the WSL and CSI websites.

Below is a list of meets that the Aspen Swim Club will be attending this year. Next to each meet are links to info for that meet. Most of these links are in PDF format and requires Adobe Reader® in order to view/print the information. If you do not have Adobe Reader®, it is available for free download from Adobe® by clicking on the Logo at the bottom of this page.

Additional information about these swim meets may also be found on the Western Slope League website. That information may also helpful, as it may contain other info not posted here such as hotels and camping.

LINKS (Description)

Map to Pool is a MapQuest (or similar) file/link showing location of the pool.

Town Information provides any information about the town itself that has been accumulated. This may be lodging (* team choice) recommendations (or non-recommendations), restaurants, etc. This information may not initially be available for all locations; but as time goes on we hope to update this.

Invite provides the actual invitation to the meet as provided by the host team. The invitation has meet dates, eligibility requirements, meet schedule, warm-up times, and any other information pertinent to the meet. In some cases, this may include lodging/camping information as prepared by the host team.

Eligibility provides a listing for each swimmer as to what events (including event #'s) that a swimmer is eligible to swim. Note: Eligibility for the Championship meets will be updated weekly after results from the weekend are posted.

Entries provides a listing (by swimmer) of entries for the meet. This list should be checked upon posting to ensure accuracy of entries. If there are any errors, the coach and/or meet registrar should be notified immediately.

Results provides actual results for the meet. These results are for individual results by name and are followed by relay results (if any). Full meet results by event is posted on the WSL website.

Championship Qualifiers is a listing of those swimmers who have qualified for championship events based on qualifying times. These reports are updated after each meet to show which events a swimmer has qualified for. Note that these events are not in the order of the actual competition, but in a sequential order of age/event. As the sign-up dates for championship meets gets closer, an actual eligibility report will be posted for that particular meet.
