Marc Teichman

Born and raised in Marquette, Michigan, I began my competitive swimming career with the Watercats Swim Team in 1985. I competed in local, state and national meets with the Watercats until my graduation from High School in 1996. As a varsity swimmer with the Marquette Senior High School swim team from 1992-1996, I competed in most disciplines and was elected team captain my senior year. During my junior year of high school I was a Rotary Exchange Student in Geesthacht, Germany where I competed with the SG Bille swim club.

After graduation in 1996 I began my studies in German, International Relations and Business Management at the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities. As a member of the Golden Gophers swim team I competed in the 100, 200 butterfly and breaststroke disciples, as well as the 200 individual medley. I spent my junior year of college studying in Berlin, Germany where I competed with the Wasserfreunde Spandau 04 swim club.

I most recently trained with the Curl Burke Masters Team in Washington, DC before moving to Snowmass in November 2003.

Jenny Fadale

My name is Jenny Fadale, and I grew up in Buffalo, NY.  I started swim team at age 9, and continued to swim for the varsity teams in high school and college.  I attended St. Lawrence University, where I majored in economics and minored in education, and graduated in 1996.  My best event in swimming was the 50 freestyle, and I also swam the 100 free and 100 fly.  I co-coached the Camp Summit swim team, in the Catskill Mountains in New York, in the summer of 1995.

I moved to Aspen in 1997, and have been a ski instructor for Powder Pandas at Buttermilk ever since.  I have also worked for the ARC as a lifeguard and Swim instructor for the past year.  When not skiing and swimming, I also enjoy snowboarding, hiking, biking, kayaking, golf, rugby, rollerblading, and playing hockey for the Aspen Mother Puckers.
