Signing-up for the team is easy but requires the usual paperwork associated with most sport activities. The information that needs to be completed are listed below.

Note to Parents and Swimmers:

Because of liability issues before any swimmer can swim with the Team a waiver MUST be signed. Before a swimmer can swim with the Team the second time all paper work must be completed and all fees paid.
